1. Parties and Acceptance

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of www.linkhipu.be and any services provided by SC LINKHIPU S.R.L. ("LINKHIPU"), incorporated under Belgian law, Brussels, Belgium (CIF: 1029584328). By using this website or engaging our services you agree to these Terms.

2. Services

LINKHIPU provides software solutions and digitalization services including cloud engineering, data services, application development, web development, and proof-of-concept engagements. Specific services are governed by individual service agreements or statements of work signed between LINKHIPU and the client.

3. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, and code — is the property of LINKHIPU or its licensors and is protected by Belgian and international intellectual property law. Reproduction, distribution, or creation of derivative works requires prior written consent.

Work product created under a service agreement is governed by the IP provisions of that agreement. In the absence of a specific clause, all deliverables remain the property of LINKHIPU until full payment is received.

4. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of information disclosed during an engagement and marked as confidential, or which should reasonably be understood to be confidential. This obligation survives termination of any service agreement for three (3) years.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Belgian law, LINKHIPU's total liability for any claim shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client in the three (3) months preceding the claim. LINKHIPU shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business interruption.

6. Website Use

This website is provided for informational purposes. LINKHIPU makes no warranties regarding the accuracy or completeness of the information provided. Links to third-party websites are provided for convenience only; LINKHIPU accepts no responsibility for third-party content.

7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Belgian law. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Brussels, Belgium.

8. Amendments

LINKHIPU may modify these Terms at any time. Changes take effect upon publication. Continued use of the website after publication constitutes acceptance.
